PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Layne J. Boyer (PB) is the President of Investors Realty Group, LLC. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and fostering the growth of the company, Mr. Boyer will be assisting his clients with investment property acquisition and disposition, commercial sales and leasing, business sales, and real estate consulting. Since Mr. Boyer's transition from a small business owner to a commercial real estate salesperson in 2002, Mr. Boyer has successfully negotiated over $21.6 million in lease transactions and over $6 million in sales. Prior
to commercial real estate sales and leasing, Mr. Boyer had over 13
years of experience as an owner and operator of retail establishments
including CPU Inc. Computer Center, Nuuanu Snack Shop, The Candy Company
at Ward Centre, ZAPP! Video Arcade, and LahainaNoon.com (an e-commerce
website). During his tenure as a small business owner, Mr. Boyer has
completed several leases, business acquisitions and business sales
on behalf of his companies. As such Mr. Boyer brings a wealth of experience
and a valuable perspective in servicing his clients. EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Layne J. Boyer (PB) is a 1979 graduate of Pearl City High School, Oahu, Hawaii. Upon graduating high school, he enrolled in DeVry Institute if Technology in Phoenix Arizona where he graduated with a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology in 1984. He was recruited by a variety of organizations most notably Litton Microwave, Atari, and Burroughs Corporation. He accepted a position at Burroughs Corporation in Mission Viejo California and eventually was promoted to the Quality Control department as a Quality Control Engineer for the A9/A10 Mainframe. In 1987, feeling homesick, he returned to Hawaii and worked as a salesperson for SPEC Systems selling Computer Aided Drafting and Design Hardware and Software (AutoCAD). It was in 1989 that Mr. Boyer ventured off on his own to start his own company: Computer Professionals Unlimited, Inc (CPU, Inc.) First year sales were in excess of $750,000. When Mr. Boyer sold out his interest in CPU, Inc. in 1993, CPU, Inc. had sales in excess of $4,000,000. Over the next several years Mr. Boyer opened: Nuuanu Snack Shop, The Candy Company at Ward Center, ZAPP! Video Game Arcade, and LahainaNoon.com. In 2000, Mr. Boyer sold those companies and in 2002 obtained his State of Hawaii Real Estate License and hung his license at Colliers Monroe Friedlander as an Industrial Sales and Leasing Agent. In 2005 After "cutting his teeth" at Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Mr Boyer left to open Investors Realty Group. Investors
