Layne
J. Boyer (PB) is the President and Principal Broker of Investors Realty Group, LLC. Mr. Boyer
will be involved in investment property acquisition and disposition, and
commercial sales & leasing with an emphasis on Retail & Industrial properties.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Boyer was an accomplished
small business person with
over 13 years of experience as an owner and operator of various retail establishments. As such,
Mr. Boyer brings a wealth of experience and a valuable perspective in servicing
his clients. Since Mr. Boyer's transition from a small business owner to
a commercial real estate salesperson in 2002, Mr. Boyer has successfully
negotiated in excess of $100 million in sales and lease transactions.

annually when sold in 2001.

Computer Professionals Unlimited, Inc. computer store in 1989 and grew
it from one product line (Apple Computer) and first year sales of $750,000
to all major product lines (Apple, IBM, HP, Compaq, NEC, Sun Microsystems,
Silicon Graphics, Microsoft, Autodesk, etc…) and sales in excess
of $4m annually when he sold out his interest in 1994.
